At GRUPO DE SOLUCIONES CREATIVAS S.A.C. (“GSCREATIVAS”) we take care of the personal data you share with us. This policy explains what data we process, why, who we share it with and how to exercise your rights, under Peru’s Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection and its Regulation, approved by Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS. This English version is provided for convenience; the Spanish version prevails.

2. What data we collect

We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include it in your messages.
3. Why we use your data
Necessary purposes (without them we cannot help you):
- Answering your inquiries, preparing proposals and following up on what you requested.
- Delivering the services you hire: communication, support, invoicing and collection.
- Recording and answering claims and complaints in the Complaints Book, as required by Peru’s Consumer Protection Code.
- Protecting the site against fraud and automated submissions (spam).
- Complying with legal obligations and requests from competent authorities.
Additional purposes (only with your consent, which is optional and can be withdrawn at any time):
- Sending you our newsletter, news, invitations and offers about our services by email or other channels.
- Measuring site usage and showing relevant advertising through analytics and marketing cookies.
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
4. Mandatory data and consequences
Forms indicate which fields are required. If you leave them blank, we won’t be able to answer your inquiry or record your claim. Declining the additional purposes does not affect how we handle your inquiry or deliver our services.
5. Data banks
Your data is stored in data banks owned by GSCREATIVAS: Contacts and prospects, Clients, Newsletter subscribers and Complaints Book.
6. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your data. We only share it with providers that help us operate, acting on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations:
- Website hosting and email providers.
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), only if you accept the corresponding cookies.
- Competent authorities, when required by law.
7. International transfers
Some of these providers (for example, Google and Meta) store information on servers outside Peru, mainly in the United States. These transfers are made for the purposes described above and with providers that apply appropriate security measures.
8. How long we keep your data
- Inquiries and prospects: up to two (2) years after our last contact, unless a business relationship begins.
- Clients: for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by tax and accounting rules.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Complaints Book: at least two (2) years from registration, as required by the Complaints Book Regulation.
After that, we delete or anonymize it.
9. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access, secure credentials and backups. No system is infallible; if an incident affected your data, we would act in accordance with applicable law.
10. Your rights
You may exercise, free of charge, your rights of information, access, rectification, cancellation (erasure), objection and objective processing, as well as withdraw your consent and any other rights recognized by Law No. 29733 and its Regulation.
How: email informes@gscreativas.com with the subject “Personal data protection”. Include your name, a copy of your ID (or your representative’s, with the corresponding power of attorney), the right you wish to exercise and any supporting documents. We will respond within the time limits set by the Regulation.
To stop receiving the newsletter, just use the “unsubscribe” link included in every email.
If you believe we did not properly handle your request, you may file a complaint with Peru’s National Authority for Personal Data Protection (Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, gob.pe/anpd).
11. Minors
Our services are aimed at companies and institutions. We do not knowingly collect data from minors, except in the Complaints Book, where the details of their parent or guardian must be recorded.

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
